Hustle & Grind IV

Hustle & Grind IV

Issue IV

We all need it from time to time. A tiny nudge. A small push. A bit of positivity when the day ahead looks bleak or hasn’t been too great. And therefore we give to you our favourites at Impulse:

Gary Vaynerchuk

A shoo-in. Love him or hate him, he cuts through all the bullsh*t to the raw facts that we all need to hear. Check his Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/Snapchat if you don’t believe us. A successful business owner and motivational speaker, and a true social personality everyone can draw benefit from.

Dwayne Johnson

One of Hollywood’s most bankable stars, but also a personality for happiness and uplifting feelings. Every video is either with a comedic feel or a thankful tone, and this is what makes his personality shine. He is seen as epitome of hard work and a fitness personality, with far reaching skills and talents in numerous fields. I think I’m running out of words to say about him.

One of the most successful TV personalities to have ever lived and now running her OWN of her channel (see what I did there?) The Oprah Winfrey Network. She is now seen as a person with many roles, but most noticeably seen as a social activist with the #MeToo movement and her speech at the Golden Globes 2018. A role model for both sexes and if you take a few minutes to check her Instagram, you can see she is always raising the profile of others, and helping those she can around her. If we all acted a bit like Oprah each day, the world would be a better place.

Jay Shetty

A new, lesser known personality, but one who has taken the challenge of inspiring Millennials to be a better version of themselves. Known as a speaker, storyteller and interviewer, his YouTube channel is packed with content surrounding everyday issues that affect us such as social media to relationships to success stories — and he always provides something that makes you think twice about how your actions affect others.

Humble the Poet

One of my personal favourites here but a Writer/YouTuber who provides uplifting blog pieces every other day on Twitter or Instagram. His old YouTube videos are timeless as they all still apply to everyday issues we have as an adult. Known for his close friendship with Lily “Superwoman” Singh, his words and books are highly recommended if you’re looking to find a different outlook on life that is a bit more unorthodox.
